Yes, there is a reseller model. You can provide integration/implementation services yourself or implement them together with the heronOS team/network.

Can we run our own instances?

Operation in DE/EU is standard. Private Cloud/On-Prem is possible on request.

Where do enablement and assets run?

Via the partner portal (heronOS PartnerHub) including training, material and support processes.
